FEMA MITIGATION FLOOD OF 1993
This set of microfiche, prepared by Fever River Research, documents (through detailed drawings, photographs and text) buildings that were located in Fults, Harrisonville, Rural Monroe County, and Valmeyer, Illinois prior to the Great Flood of 1993. After the flood, the Federal Emergency Management Agency administered a program which resulted in the purchase and demolition of many affected buildings, some of which were considered by the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency as being either architecturally or historically significant.
